"Where to start?! I had a one to one cacao ceremony today, I arrived so anxious and nervous and scared and unsure, we worked through so many different aspects of the self...myself. In a nutshell, I am ME again, the me I was hoping to be again, I can see life differently, I belong and am so worthy of being on this beautiful earth. This is a HUGE transformation for me, I had been depressed for years and detached from myself, I disliked myself, I felt unworthy and guilty and like a failure to myself and everyone around me. I now have forgiven myself and have made friends too, with me! There really are no words to explain how I feel right now & it will just get better and better as time goes on...how goods that?!! Mark is an incredible healer/shaman/visualist...in tune with nature and the strength that contains. He made me feel confident and relaxed yet guided me to find my own answers within me. I had complete faith in him, and wow was that some experience! I would recommend this cacao ceremony immensely to each and every person on this planet!!.
