To make a Super Powered Smoothie:

• 1 tbsp of Cacao Liquid Love Blend

• 1 tsp LoveShroom Mix

• Half a Banana

• 350-450ml Plant Milk

• handful of fresh fruits, super nice with blueberries or cherries

• touch of natural sweetener (if you fancy)

  Whizz it all up in a blender and enjoy the goodness

  To make a Warm Drink

• 1 tbs Love Blend

• 1tsp LoveShroom Mix (optional)

• 350-400ml plant milk (warmed, finger hot)

• Drizzle of natural sweetener

• 50g cacao butter (optional)

• pinch of cayenne

• pinch of salt

  Warm the milk gently adding cacao butter if using. When warmed add all to a blender to froth or whisk all in a saucepan,
