Golden Chocolate Chai Blend 250g

A super anti-inflammatory blend to make either a warm, calming and nourishing drink or a super powered smoothie.

In India, turmeric & chai are some of their main ‘go to’ spices and have been for thousands of years and have incredibly intense flavours and well documented anti-inflammatory properties. Cacao is known to release our ‘Bliss’ molecule & being high in magnesium may contribute to a reduction of fatigue, reduce risk of cardiovascular disease & normalise psychological function. We have combined them together for you to create an experience of comfort and wellbeing…sit back and enjoy a blissful cup of Love!

To make a Warm Drink

Make yourself a super calming drink by warming (not boiling) approx 350ml of your favourite plant based milk and add 1 tbsp of Golden Chocolate Chai, give it a whisk and add some natural sweetener like maple syrup, coconut nectar, yacon syrup or date syrup. Or alternatively add to a blender to make it lovely and frothy.

To make a Super Smoothie

In a blender add 1 tbsp of Golden Chocolate Chai to approx 350ml of plant based milk., 1/2 a banana and couple of dates and whizz. Also tasty to add a tbsp of nut butter of choice.

• For an extra boost mix both the Love Blend and Golden Chocolate Chai together for an even more super powerful nourishing drink/smoothie.
